Celebrate 2020 with a weekend of self care as we welcome a new year! Join Katie and Risa for a local winter weekend away to get inspired, deepen your yoga practice, and find balance for the year ahead.

Reconnect with yourself through vibrant vinyasa, meditation & intention setting, hot stone restorative yoga, Thai Massage, amazing nourishing meals in a cozy, comfortable retreat setting close to the GTA.
