You are warmly invited to join your hosts Heidi Walk M.D., Cezarina Trone, & Andre Lepine with special guest Nathan Vanek (meditation guide & author). This retreat will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and reflect on the many experiences, lessons and blessings of this past year! Our schedule will provide time to set intentions for the New Year, walk in nature, sit in stillness and serenity with like-hearted friends. Come enjoy the benefits of gentle yoga, silence and meditation.

December 28th
4pm – 6pm: Arrival day
6:30pm: Dinner
8pm – 9pm: Orientation & Meditation – opening circle and sharing intentions for retreat

December 29th
7:30am – 9am: Meditation & Gentle Yoga with Cezarina
9am – 10am: Breakfast
10:30am: Morning Session with Cezarina – meditation and partner-sharing
12:30pm: Lunch
3pm – 5pm: Afternoon Session – nature walk (weather permitting)
6pm: Welcome new arrivals
6:30pm: Dinner
8pm – 9:30pm: Evening Program – Nathan

December 30th
7:30am – 9am: Meditation Gentle Yoga with Heidi
9am-10am: Breakfast
10:30-12pm: Morning Session with Heidi – reflection on year & guided visualizations
12:30pm: Lunch
4pm: Afternoon Session with Cezarina & Heidi (mindfulness & creativity)
6:30pm: Dinner
8pm – 9:30pm: Evening Meditation with Nathan
Silent program begins

December 31st – Silent Day
7:30am – 9am: Gentle Yoga & meditation with Heidi
9am-10am: Breakfast
10:30am- 12pm: Morning Session – journaling & creative writing, followed by period of reflective silence continued
12:30pm: Lunch in silence
2:30pm: Silent Walk
3:30pm: Afternoon Session with Heidi – mindfulness and creativity – Cont’d
6pm: Break
6:30pm: Dinner
8pm to 10pm: New Year’s Eve bonfire ceremony & meditation
11pm – 1am: Optional – New Year’s Eve into the night meditation

January 1st
8am-9:30am: Meditation & Gentle Yoga

10:30-12pm: Morning Session

2-3pm: Closing Circle
