What does it mean to Live your Divine Life?
It means listening to your innate, inner guidance and wisdom, making choices that align with that wisdom, and dealing with the after effects (negative or positive outcomes or consequences) of those choices with grace and acceptance.

Over the course of the next several days we will explore a variety of techniques, some yin and some yang, that will help you to align more fully with your inner wisdom and bring you closer to Divine Alignment.

First the yin…
The ancient practice of yoga teaches us to pay attention to the wisdom of our souls…. The first steps to developing the skill of listening to that inner wisdom is to move into a quiet state of being. Settling into this quiet, inner source allows us to really connect with our soul’s purpose. Through the practice of mindful movement and a variety of meditation techniques, we will work on honing our ability to access this inner resource….

Then the yang…
Throughout time, over the course of many centuries, the most gifted and successful people in the world learned how to tap into and channel the most miraculous and inconceivably powerful force that the world has ever known. And yet we most often use this powerful force against ourselves to focus on what we don’t want and the problems that may arise. Have you guessed what it is?

It is your imagination.
We have been given the gift of amazing creative faculties for a purpose, so that we can live exceptional lives. But the average person does not know how to tap into this phenomenal creative power within them.

This week-end you will learn;
• How to stop choosing achievement over rest and rejuvenation.
• How to slow down and stop living your life in “trance”.
• Methods to tap into your inner wisdom through your imagination and the language you choose.
• The steps that the most successful people in the world practice every day to lead exceptional lives filled with an abundance of energy, happiness and success!
• How to tap into and channel your creative energy so that you improve your health, happiness, finances, and relationships.
• How to wake up every day with more energy, motivation and focus.
• That you are only one decision away, every day, from having the life you always wanted!

10:00 Guided Hatha Yoga – listening to the wisdom of the body (1 hour)
11:00 Guided Meditation – noticing the workings of the mind (.75 hour)

1:00 Renew Your Vitality workshop – part 1 (1.5-2 hour)
3:00 Free time

7:30 Yin and Yoga Nidra – guided meditation (1.5 hour)
