As the days become shorter and the weather gets colder, our yoga practice can start to change and transition with the seasons. The weekend is a beautiful balance of energetic asana and deep relaxation.

Join us for the second annual Fall into Winter Retreat from November 17 – 19. On this retreat, we will explore the invigorating and energizing elements of an asana flow practice as well as the calming, rejuvenating and relaxation benefits of led shavasana and pranayama work.

All levels welcome.

$375+HST (shared accommodations)

*Free time options:
· Lotus Heart Centre offers wellness services including thai massage, reiki, nutrition consultation and counselling.  Participants can book this directly through Lotus Heart. Must be booked 2 weeks in advance
· Explore the Lotus Heart walking trails or take a quick 10 min. drive to nearby hiking trails.
· Visit the shops, galleries and cafes of Warkworth or Brighton (10 min. Drive from Lotus Heart)
